After your payment is confirmed, Monetrix sends the cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provided.
The exact time depends on:

• The payment method used
• The blockchain network of the cryptocurrency
• Network congestion

In most cases, crypto is delivered within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
You will also receive a transaction ID (TXID) so you can track the transfer on the blockchain.

Once your cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, Monetrix processes the payout.
The arrival time depends on the selected payment method:

• Bank transfer: usually within a few seconds or minutes if your bank supports SEPA Instant transfers. Otherwise, the payment may take a few hours up to one business day to arrive.
• Interac e-Transfer: usually within minutes
• SWIFT international transfer: may take 1–3 business days depending on the banks involved

To receive cryptocurrency, you need a personal crypto wallet.
You can easily create one using trusted wallet applications such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
If you already have an account on a trusted exchange platform such as Binance, you can also use your deposit wallet address from your account.

Steps:

• Open your wallet application or exchange account
• Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive
• Copy your wallet address
• Paste the address when completing your transaction on Monetrix
